We are a family owned and operate business.We have 660 acres. We have accomedations for primative camping along with restrooms. There are miles of powerlines as well as miles and miles of trails. We have river and creeks to fish in. There is plenty of parking along with room for just good old boys to hang out and talk. This is a family oriented facility we do not allow alcohol of any kind. Directions to Office and ATV Park From Charlotte- Take 1-85 South to US-74 Shelby/Kings Mtn.. exit. Turn left onto NC-18 South stay straight and go onto NC-150 until it becomes Cliffside Rd. past Gardner Webb College. Approximately 4 miles past Gardner Webb University take a Lake Houser RD on the left and then follow signs. From Spartanburg SC take exit 83 Cowpens exit if South turn right if North turn left at red light. Go apx 15 miles look for old cotton mill on left. Turn right on Cliffside Rd. go apx 3 miles turn right on Lake Houser Rd and follow signs.
